  • Q: Is there a place I can come try on your dresses?

    A: Right now, our shop is exclusively online but we have multiple options for you to make sure you will love your gown! You can order a swatch pack to get a feel for how the fabrics will feel against your skin and how they move and flow. We are also offering virtual appointments! We can show you any of our gowns and expertly help you make the decision on which gown will be perfect for you big day.

    Q: What if I want to customize my dress?

    A: Almost any of our products can be customized! If you would like to make any changes to the original design of the dress, please contact us before placing the order as the price may vary.

    Q: How do I know what size to order?

    A: Check out our size chart and look for your measurements. If you are in between sizes, we recommend ordering the bigger size, as it is always easier to alter smaller. We can also do custom sizing on any of our dresses but please contact us before ordering as the price may vary.

    Q: Do you offer multiple colors?

    A: Right now, The Allie Gown is the only dress that comes standard in either White or Ivory. All other products can be color customized but please contact us before placing the order as the price may vary.

    Q: When will I receive my dress?

    A: Production time for all products is 1-3 months plus standard 7-10 business day shipping. If you have a tight timeline, we do have rush options so reach out to us if you have questions!

    Q: How much does shipping cost?

    A: Shipping is FREE for all US online orders! International shipping will be calculated at checkout.

    Q: Can I return or exchange my dress?

    A: At this time, all our products are made to order and are non-refundable. If you have questions about the dresses or sizing, feel free to contact us or make a virtual appointments and we’d be happy to walk you through your options and make sure you love your dress when it arrives! We can do custom sizing as well to ensure a better fit.

  • Q: I want a full custom gown, how do I get started?

    A: Start by booking an initial consult! The first appointment is free with no commitment. We will just start by hearing your ideas and dreams and show you how we can make them into reality.

    Q: How far in advance do I have to start a custom gown process?

    A: All custom gowns must have a minimum of 6 months production time, but we recommend 9-12 months to feel completely at ease. We do have rush options available for additional fees.

    Q: How much does a custom dress cost?

    A: All custom work varies widely in price depending on the fabric, style, details, etc. Our custom gowns start at $2k and go up from there. All of the exact pricing and quotes will be given to you before you make any commitments.

  • Q: Are your alteration services only for your own dresses?

    A: No! We will alter almost any bridal or special occasion wear. Bring your grandma’s old wedding dress, your 7th bridesmaid dress or prom dresses!

    Q: How far in advance should I book an alterations appointment?

    A: Our turnaround time is 4 weeks so we typically recommend booking your first appointment at least 3 months before your wedding. This gives you plenty of time if you need to have multiple fittings but is close enough that your dress will still fit you on your wedding day.

    Q: How much do alterations cost?

    A: Alterations costs vary and depend on what work needs to be done. You can find more pricing details on our Alterations Information page but you will be given an exact quote when you come for your first fitting. Your first fitting is free with no commitment so you can decide to go elsewhere if you’d like.
